I am visiting my family in Northern Virginia where I grew up and my niece took this picture of me writing on her bed. She snapped it with an old school Polaroid camera and then took a picture of it with her iPhone and sent it to my Facebook page. Cool, huh? The book that I'm working on currently is also set in Northern Virginia, Leesburg to be exact, a place I know well. It's still in the early phases but I do know it is a YA which might be a stretch for me since I write graphic sex scenes normally...but I'm sure I can do this.

Visiting family in good ole Virginia so I'm off the radar these days. Need to get writing but I think I forgot to pack my muse. Where the hell are you? Until I find that muse, I need to force myself to write. Take care and thanks for listening.

Questions: How long have you been writing professionally? I’ve been writing professionally for the past year and some odd months now.   It’s been a wild ride and I have been thoroughly enjoying myself. J   What inspires your writing? Inspiration strikes at the oddest moments. It can come from pretty much any source, whether it’s a phone conversation, a planned adventure, or something mundane turned adventure like a runaway lawn mower. People especially tend to be inspirations. The best characters I’ve developed have come from the interesting personalities of people around me.   Who is your favorite author? Or do you have a favorite book? [or both if you’d prefer] I have so many favorite authors that if I listed them all, you’d be reading pages.   I can however, tell you that the favorite book on my shelf right now is Lover at Last by JR Ward.
